PURPOSE OF POSITION Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading employees and visitors. What You'll Do: Maintain cleanliness in the office areas, main lobby, Contact Center, Innovation Center, and Distribution Center Trash and recycle paper removal - Daily Vacuum as needed. Weekly minimum Adjust task list to minimize effects of vacuum noise during business hours. Dust all work surfaces weekly Clean glass doors nightly – windows as requested Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms and showers in the facility. Daily cleaning. Maintain cleanliness of all lunchroom and upper-level break rooms. Daily cleaning. Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory and communicate to head janitor when replenishment of supplies is needed. Removal of snow from sidewalks as needed. Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For: High school diploma Equivalent work experience would be considered Ability to adjust daily task schedule as need to support the operation. Floor stripping and waxing experience preferred. Physical Environment Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day. Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds. Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions. Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations. Moderate warehouse noise level. Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds. Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments). Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees (occasionally ranging from 0-60 degrees). The ability to walk long distances The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day The ability to either stand for long periods of time The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions Who We Are: We are a “no bull” brand that started in 1989 and we provide apparel and other gear for hardworking men and women.
