Position: RPA Lead

Location: Naperville, IL/Remote

• Solution Design:
  1. Designing and building end-to-end RPA solutions.
  2. Defining the overall structure and architecture of automation systems.
  3. Ensuring solutions align with business needs and technical infrastructure.
• Process Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyzing existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Mapping and documenting processes to ensure clear understanding.
• Collaborating with business process SMEs to understand requirements.

• Technology Selection and Implementation:

• Choosing appropriate RPA platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Defining and implementing automation frameworks.
• Developing and testing automation workflows.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Working with cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Providing technical direction and guidance to development teams.

• Documentation and Testing:

• Creating detailed process design documentation.
• Developing and executing functional and integration test scripts.
• Performing end-to-end, performance, and security testing.

• Training and Support:

• Preparing training materials and user guides.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) with 10 to 12 years of experience.
• Experience in process analysis, workflow mapping, and business requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
