El Cajon Physical Therapy is looking for a Podiatrist to join our team! Our company is located in El Cajon, San Diego. We are patient-driven and provide quality care to a diverse group of patients. We provide orthopedic and massage therapy, functional therapy, and sports rehabilitation services. As a Podiatrist, you will be providing initial assessments and routine podiatric services to patients. This is a part-time or full-time position. Experience using EMR systems Ability to work well in a team Make decisions in a busy work environment Responsibilities Examine patients’ legs and feet to determine and diagnose diseases and develop care plans Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles Perform wound care management Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results Advise patients about treatment plans and foot and ankle care techniques to help with prevention of future problems Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team members Provide patients with health promotions and preventive medication Properly maintain medical records All candidates must successfully complete a thorough application prior to beginning employment with El Cajon Physical Therapy.
