The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Design and Construction Project Coordinator to join our Design and Construction team on a gaming and hospitality project near Denver, Colorado. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $60,406 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Provide project administration and support
  • Facilitate reporting on projects, tracking change orders, and applications for payments
  • Launch, update, and maintain new project templates, information, timelines, and weekly reports
  • Ensure all client requirements, approvals, reports, and compliance are up to date throughout the project
  • Assist in coordinating project approvals and checklists

More about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, construction, business, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional design or construction-related role
  • Experience with project management, budget management, and planning, with an understanding of basic accounting practices
  • Skills in organization, prioritization, communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer and project management applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit

Physical requirements
  • Ability to travel to other business locations when required
  • Ability to work 50% of the time seated in an office environment
