Responsibilities:
· Track ICQA merchant tickets progress and follow up with support/resolution where necessary. Follow best practices for each task and ensure timely resolution for each task.
· Work directly with Ship bob merchant care leaders and teams to help resolve all merchant issues and concerns.
· Ensure quick and accurate response to Jira tickets raised by the Merchant Care team, coordinating with operations teams where necessary
· KPIs: Complete all daily and weekly tasks, keep credits for lost inventory to a minimum, ensure research for missing inventory is completed within 24 hours
· Communicate through slack on any issues and help needed with orders or system issues
· Ensure work is completed by SLA and all tasks are closed accordingly
· Track KPIs for picking and packing to ensure team is meeting OPH requirements
· Respond to CT request and questions in a timely manner
· Assist in troubleshooting inventory issues and order concerns
· Ensure SOPs are being followed on all aspects of the account and team is cleaning at end of shift
· Sending recap at end of shift and checklist to ensure all tasks are closed accordingly
· Ensure team is delegated according to work volume and we are pushing team to always avoid OT
· Report any issues, concerns, suggestions to OM whenever needed
· Ensure that we meet and exceed our merchant’s expectations
· Train team members in your facility and set expectations
