Join to apply for the Freelance Senior Project Manager role at Momentum Worldwide What Are We Looking For As a Senior Project Manager for Momentum, your role is crucial! You will ensure the right resources are in place at the right time to help us produce award-winning work — on time, on budget, and efficiently. You will manage both large and small projects or campaigns, mentor other Project Managers, and refine processes to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include: Managing the execution of large, complex projects, demonstrating leadership to interdisciplinary teams. Creating detailed project plans, leading kick-off meetings, and communicating project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Assessing and managing resource needs and allocations across projects. Partnering with discipline leads to adjust resource allocations and resolve conflicts. Maintaining accurate project documentation and adhering to agency processes. Communicating risks and mitigation strategies effectively to senior team members. Tracking assets, approvals, and project costs meticulously. Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Supporting Momentum’s core values and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management tools. Ability to lead diverse teams and manage various production projects (print, digital, broadcast, events). Experience mentoring and managing internal teams. Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,000 per week, based on experience, location, and other factors.
