Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB: Do you love bringing people together and making great memories happen? At Arcade Time Entertainment, we’re looking for an Events Manager who can juggle a birthday party, a corporate outing, and a team of event hosts (and still have fun doing it). If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days look the same, you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll oversee every stage of the event process — from initial outreach and planning to day-of execution. You’ll guide a dedicated team, collaborate across departments, and ensure every event meets our high standards for service and fun.

Does this sound like your kind of party? Join us and help make every event unforgettable.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Arcade Time Entertainment on International Drive is Orlando’s first—and currently the nation’s only — 24-hour restaurant, arcade, and bar . Open around the clock, we’re more than a place to play; we’ve become a go-to spot for food, fun, and unforgettable nights on one of the city’s most iconic streets.

Here’s what makes us stand out:

  • A massive mix of 300+ retro and modern arcade games , covering everything from classic titles to the latest VR and motion-simulation experiences

  • Unique attractions you won’t find anywhere else: 10 neon-clad Duckpin Bowling lanes, interactive “Krazy Darts” booths, an Arcade-Themed Full-Service Restaurant and Two Full-Liquor Bars

  • A diverse, high-energy crowd — from families and convention-goers to birthday parties and late-night locals

  • An innovative events program with packages for celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations), corporate events (team building, holiday parties, company milestones), group outings (field trips, day camps), and exclusive partial-venue buyouts

At Arcade Time Orlando, we bring together nonstop fun and exceptional service — and we’re growing a team that’s passionate about both.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: As Events Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the events program — helping us scale from great to unforgettable. You’ll partner with the Director of Marketing & Events to develop strategy, nurture leads, and ensure smooth execution across birthdays, field trips, team-building events, and large-scale corporate outings.

You will:

  • Manage all group event operations, from outreach to execution

  • Lead a growing events team — including Events Coordinator(s) and Events Host(s) — providing leadership and coaching

  • Develop and nurture relationships with local schools, companies, and convention partners

  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date calendar of all events and ensure all departments (kitchen, floor, ops) are informed and aligned

  • Assist with department scheduling alongside operations leadership

  • Build and maintain systems and processes that help us follow up on every inquiry, close every loop, and exceed expectations

WHO YOU ARE: You’re equal parts planner, people-person, and coach. You live in the details, thinking strategically, and showing up with a big smile at just the right moment. You can see the big picture, and you know how to move the pieces to get there.

You bring:

  • Experience in events, group sales, or hospitality (ideally in entertainment or attractions)

  • Comfort managing people and processes, including schedules and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM or event management systems (a plus)

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, in-person environment

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A chance to lead events inside one of Orlando’s most exciting entertainment venues

  • Supportive leadership and real opportunities for career advancement

  • Autonomy to create new systems and strategies

  • Employee perks, discounts, and free arcade play

  • A fun, team-first environment that values energy, accountability, and creativity

APPLY NOW: We’re growing fast—and we want someone who’s ready to grow with us. If you’re excited about leading events, managing people, and building memorable experiences at Orlando’s only 24/7 restaurant-arcade-bar, we’d love to hear from you.

Arcade Time is an equal opportunity employer . We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and celebrate the diversity that makes our team and guest experience stronger.
