We are seeking a hardworking and reliable boat dock and boat lift installer to join our team. This is a seasonal job from April to September (we are flexible on this timeline). This is a labor intensive role that involves the installation, maintenance, and removal of boat docks and lifts in various water conditions. We work primarily in the local, residential lakes in the Valley, NE area but at times, will travel to other residential lakes in Nebraska.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy materials, and occasionally getting in the water to complete tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Install, remove and maintain docks & boat lifts according to specifications.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble and secure dock systems
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and transport
• Work in and around water, including wading, as necessary, to complete installations
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure quality service
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment and job sites

Requirement:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in and around water in various weather conditions
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred
• Strong physical endurance and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as a part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop in Valley, NE
• Previous experience in dock installation, construction, or marine work is a plus but not required
