Education Requirement:

• Graduate from an accredited Master’s level program
• As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant or current authorization to practice in same capacity as provided through previous military training.
• Maintains a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant or current authorization to practice in same capacity as provided through previous military training in the State of work.
