• Location: Concord, North Carolina 28025\n
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room, Level 3 Trauma Center\n
• Assignment Type: Travel Operating Room RN\n
• Start Date: October 20, 2025\n
• End Date: January 16, 2026\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)\n
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend (scheduled shift or call)\n
• Call Requirement: Average 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule, 45-minute response time\n
• Holiday Coverage: Work 75% of holidays during assignment\n
• Free Parking & Scrubs Provided \n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470-$1570\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 5 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
• Active North Carolina RN license or compact state eligibility\n
• BLS certification required\n
• CNOR certification preferred\n
• Proficiency in circulating for a wide range of surgical specialties: trauma, ortho trauma, total joints, spine, cardiac, vascular, GYN, GYN-oncology, robotics, general, HPB, bariatrics, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, pain, plastics\n
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and self-motivation\n
• First-time travel nurses not accepted\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Circulate and assist in complex surgical procedures across multiple specialties\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols\n
• Respond to call shifts and adapt to changing case needs, including nights and weekends\n
• Participate in orientation and ongoing departmental education\n
• Contribute to a positive, supportive operating room culture\n
