• NOW HIRING FOR HYBRID CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS IN PITTSBURGH, PA!*

• Description:*
• Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis
• High volume inbound phone interaction, problem solving, and account transaction processing in a timely manner
• Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific customer needs
• Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessaru
• Investigates and submit requests to rectify errors in customer accounts
• Enters information into a computerized database, & escalate any problems or issues to management.
• Must have the following abilities:*
• Uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standards and conduct.
• Make decisions within well-defined parameters.
• Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines.
• Have basic PC skills and data entry experience.
• Details:*
• Training will be REMOTE for 4 weeks Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• After training, you will be required to work a hybrid schedule of both in office and work from home days
• POST TRAINING SCHEDULE will be 8 10-hour days with shifts between 11a-12a
• Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
• Call center experience highly preferred
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
