We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of top pediatric specialists. Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidence-based practice in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting through one-on-one and group sessions with children and adolescents, and providing family support through direct service.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Maintains a caseload of individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks. Caseload is a mix of clinic, school, daycare and home sessions.

Completes daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, initial and annual evaluations, plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.

Implements Eyas Landing curriculum and to theories of practice models supporting Eyas Landing's therapeutic model.

Participates in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.

Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.

Physical Therapist Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist

Early Intervention Certified Preferred

Experience working with children or clients with special needs preferred
