Overview:

As an Entry Level Travel Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with a passion for travel, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You will work with, client’s assisting in coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Arrangement:
  • Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees.
  • Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences.
  • Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Customer Service:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees.
• Itinerary Management:
  • Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings.
  • Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components.
  • Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for client’s to review and agree to.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for travel and a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry.
