NCWLIFE is seeking a Video Producer to join our award-winning local news team in Wenatchee, WA.


Our Video Producers plan, shoot and edit a variety of local content, from in-the-field news events to livestreamed sports to in-studio interviews. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced newsroom environment and loves creating polished, impactful video content from start to finish.


NCWLIFE is North Central Washington's only local TV station and available on regional cable networks, streaming video platforms and all the usual social media channels. We're part of Washington Media, a community media and marketing organization providing digital, TV and print news for the region.


What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot and edit daily video in the field and studio.
• Edit full episodes and short-form digital clips.
• Operate the control room during show recordings.
• Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual elements in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with reporters, anchors, and editors to produce compelling local stories.
• Publish and organize content in our local production network and web CMS.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with live production systems is a bonus - Tricaster a strong plus.
• Strong camera, lighting and audio production skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• A passion for local storytelling and visual creativity.

This is a full-time position with benefits based in Wenatchee, WA. This is an on-site role, typically Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend assignments for live events.
