Coverage: Split SCHD between Portland & Clackamas Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 5 Days per week - Would ask for flexibility with what day off during week (Either Friday or Saturday Off). 8:30a-5:00p (30 Minute Lunch) ? Setting: Clinic- They would like someone who has worked in a large healthcare system and has EMR experience to keep up with the workflows and standards. Daily Responsibilities: All ages, Prescribing Accutane, managing warts, keloids, Consultations, routines, follow-ups, Minor procedures (removals, stitching) No call Patients per shift: Estimated 20-24 patients per day; includes basket work (emails, follow-ups) Support Staff: MA's supporting Nurse Practitioner and Physicians EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days Requirements: Active unrestricted OR License Minimum 3 years of experience Board Certified Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
