Technical Recruiter
CADRE
Cadre has built an amazing team of technical recruiters. We are delivering a first class technical recruiting service and supporting a portfolio of 120+ VC backed tech companies (mainly startups)
We are growing rapidly and need someone with hustle and grit to help us continue to build our engineering recruiting teams.
The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a startup culture. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks, maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient recruiting process for our portfolio of startups.

What you’ll do:
Create robust engineering candidate pipelines while making each candidate feel like they’re the only one you’re talking to - over and over again
Develop your own creative strategies & messaging around sourcing exceptional talent
Manage relationships across multiple teams - you will be interfacing with your clients C level management
Showcase your ridiculous passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge of the startup ecosystem in LA, SF Bay and NYC, which companies to target, and leveraging relationships you build in the open source networks.
You’re probably a fit if you:
Technical recruitment experience in either agency (preferred) or corporate recruitment environment.
Specific passion for hiring web development, product engineering, mobile, data and full stack engineers.
Expert client management skills, ability to create fast relationships and build credibility
