🌾 We're Hiring: EH&S Manager | Food Manufacturing | Tulsa, OK (Multi-Site)

Do you have a passion for safety, sustainability, and people? We’re looking for a dedicated Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to join our team and lead our safety culture across two production facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma .

As a key leader in our bread manufacturing operations , you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive EH&S programs that protect our team members, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all EH&S programs, policies, and procedures across both Tulsa sites
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and local regulatory agencies
• Conduct training, audits, and incident investigations
• Drive a proactive safety culture through team engagement and continuous improvement
• Partner with plant leadership to align EH&S with production goals
• Manage sustainability and waste reduction initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing (food industry a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and local/state regulations
• Experience in a multi-site role is highly desirable
• Passion for employee engagement and a “boots-on-the-ground” leadership style
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
