MIlestone Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager in New Albany,OH for a 12+ contract job assignment.

• W2 rate up to $73 per hour
• Absolutely must be Local to the New Albany,OH area, able to work onsite 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, integration, and validation of digital technology systems, including:
• SCADA (FactoryTalk View SE)
• Rockwell AssetCentre
• ThinManager & mobile carts
• Passwordless authentication solutions
• Cybersecurity initiatives
• Equipment CoPilot
• Remote vendor connectivity
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and budget tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and construction teams to ensure successful system deployment.
• Oversee compliance with industry regulations, including GMP/FDA, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and validation efforts.
• Work in collaboration with the Technical Lead, who will provide deep technical guidance and architecture oversight.
• Ensure smooth integration with automation, SCADA, and IT/OT networks.
• Provide regular project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in SCADA (working knowledge)
• Experience leading projects in cybersecurity, IT/OT infrastructure, and remote vendor access.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, data integrity).
• Strong background in coordinating with construction teams for technology infrastructure deployment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet use in project management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Experience with Rockwell framework, (FactoryTalk View SE), Rockwell AssetCentre, ThinManager, and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Background in manufacturing IT/OT environments, industrial networking, or cloud-based automation solutions.
• Experience in multi-vendor collaboration and validation documentation processes.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within biotech, pharma, or manufacturing environments.

Contract Details

• Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension.
• Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio (No remote work).
• Tools: SCADA, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, MS Office 365, MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams Meeting
