Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Associate (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Job Summary:
We are hiring dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our client's team as  Mobile Maintenance Associates . This hands-on role involves patrolling the property, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of the facility. Ideal for those who enjoy working independently and taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine walkthroughs and inspections of buildings and common areas
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and perform other light maintenance tasks
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or security issues
• Support maintenance or janitorial teams as needed
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance during assigned shifts
• Maintain logs or reports of findings and activities

Shifts Available:

• Day and Night shifts
• Full-time or part-time availability may be considered

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facility support, janitorial, or light maintenance
• Ability to safely use ladders and basic hand tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable walking or standing for long periods
