Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: The Sous Chef will be responsible for the culinary staff by ensuring all personnel is adhering to all safety, security and health regulations, maintaining absolute cleanliness and providing exceptional dishes to guests. Our company will ensure that the Sous Chef has the right tools to develop their career to become proficient in skills such as product ordering, inventory control and scheduling. The Sous Chef will maintain a professional atmosphere and an open line of communication to ensure culinary staff concerns are dealt with appropriately. The Sous Chef should also have a presence on the floor to build relationships with our guests and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:
The Sous Chef must have high volume kitchen management experience of 3+ years
The Sous Chef must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
The Sous Chef must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
The Sous Chef should have open availability
