Industry / Organization Type : Wholesale E-Commerce Position Title : Social Media Marketing Executive Working Location : Kaki Bukit, (5 to 10mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT) Salary Package : Basic salary + Variable Bonus Duration : Permanent About the Role : ALT TAB is an innovative and growing company in the 3D printing industry, specializing in unique and specialty filaments, as well as high-quality 3D-printed creations. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to help establish our digital presence and grow our online community. This role is not a solo journey — you will work hand-in-hand with your manager, learning, strategizing, and executing social media initiatives together to bring ALT TAB’s vision to life. Your Responsibilities will include : Support the Social Media Strategy Assist in the development of content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or any other chosen social media platforms. Work closely with your manager to align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms. Content Creation & Social Media Management Assist in creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and graphics related to business and our products. Help write compelling captions, content, and copywriting under the guidance of your manager. Support the engagement with ALT TAB's online community - Collaborators, Comments, Messages, and more. Trend Monitoring & Analytics Keep an eye on the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral content to identify opportunities. Track key social media performance metrics and provide insights to your manager. Assist in optimizing strategies based on data and audience engagement. Event Coverage & Campaign Support Assist in capturing behind-the-scenes moments at industry events, exhibitions, and product showcases. Support live streaming and content creation for new product launches, product reviews, and more. Advertising & Brand Growth : Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns under the supervision of your manager. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have : Creative & Detail-Oriented : Ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content. Team Player : Comfortable working closely with a manager and following directions while also contributing ideas. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to write engaging captions and communicate brand messaging. Basic Video & Graphic Editing : Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus. Analytical & Adaptive : Willingness to learn from performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly. Passion for 3D Printing & Technology (preferred but not required). Education & Experience : Relevant Education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Experience in managing brand social media accounts (even personal projects or freelance work count!). Familiarity with 3D printing, e-commerce, or tech-related content is a plus but not required.
