A well-established plaintiffs' personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling discovery, case management, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery, including demand letters and mediation briefs
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal research
• Manage case deadlines, legal calendaring, and case files
• Order and review medical records and bills, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Schedule meetings and handle client communication, including answering phones
• Utilize legal software such as MS Office, Dropbox, Adobe ; experience with FileVine, OneLegal, and PACER is a plus
• Support marketing efforts if applicable (previous team member had marketing experience)

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate preferred, but a Bachelor’s degree is required at minimum
• 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in plaintiff personal injury or civil procedure (open to candidates with at least 1 year of PI experience )
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ordering and managing medical records and bills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
