Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media & Business Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand’s growth across digital and traditional channels. This role blends social media management, graphic design, video production, event scheduling, and strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management : Create and implement strategies to boost engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Content & Graphic Design : Design visuals (graphics, infographics, videos) for social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva .
Video Creation & Editing : Produce and edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
Social Media Calendar : Develop and manage a content calendar for social media events and campaigns.
Event Scheduling & Creation : Plan and organize events (webinars, product launches, promotions) and schedule across platforms.
Press Releases & PR : Write and design press releases, and manage media outreach.
Email Marketing : Create and implement email campaigns with strong visuals and messaging.
Growth & Analytics : Develop strategies for social media growth and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Required Skills :
Graphic Design : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva .
Video Creation & Editing : Strong skills in creating and editing videos for social media.
Social Media Expertise : Experience with all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Event Planning : Ability to schedule, create, and promote events.
Content Strategy : Experience in developing content strategies aligned with business goals.
Marketing Analytics : Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Time Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
