Job Description:

We are seeking a Smartsheet Administrator to join our team. The Smartsheet Administrator will be responsible for setting up/designing, managing, and maintaining our Smartsheet platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and helps us achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the Smartsheet platform, including user setup, design, and system configuration.
• Develop and implement Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and templates to support business processes.
• Train and support users in using Smartsheet effectively.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and customize Smartsheet to meet these needs.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the Smartsheet data by implementing appropriate access controls and security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Smartsheet.
• Stay updated with the latest Smartsheet features and updates and implement them as necessary.
• Document all processes and changes related to Smartsheet.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet functionalities and capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams.
• Ability to train and support users in using Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of data security and access control best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
