Performance Chrysler, JEEP, Dodge Ram, in Ohio, is seeking a Car Sales Professional for immediate hire! No experience needed!
As a Car Sales Professional, you will set customer appointments, prepare product presentations on vehicle features and operations, and explain finance or lease options for new or used vehicle purchases.
Position details:
- Pay: $40,000 to $75,000, annually*
- Hours: This is a full-time position, working within dealership sales business hours.

Our Sales Associates provide exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. Additionally, salespeople build customer loyalty by helping customers transition from car purchases to vehicle parts and services in order to support the entire car ownership lifecycle.
Requirements
Responsibilities: - Prepare and present vehicles to customers for new car sales of Chrysler, JEEP, Dodge, RAM and for used car sales of all makes and models.
- Advise and educate customers on selecting the best vehicle to meet their specific automotive needs.
- Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals.
- Review vehicle product and operating features with the customer at time of sale to ensure they understand vehicle operating features.
- Initiate follow-up calls with unsold customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and schedule customer appointments accordingly.
- Address any questions or concerns about financing options and aid with purchase paperwork.
- Review vehicle warranty coverage, maintenance packages, service requirements and available accessories with the customer during the sold vehicle delivery process.
- Consistently follow-up with sold customers to ensure customer satisfaction continues beyond the point of sale.
Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Possess basic computer literacy skills.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is needed.
- Good organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
- Earlier sales experience is a plus but not required.
