Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced supply chain analyst with a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Senior Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction
- Develop and maintain supply chain models and algorithms to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain performance
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of supply chain issues and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and analytics
Senior Supply Chain Analyst Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, business analytics, or a related field
