Summary
The Sr. Manager of Content Planning & Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness of brand communications across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, media landscapes, and emerging trends to drive engagement and optimize brand presence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Connections Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive connections strategies that align with brand objectives and drive consumer engagement across multiple touchpoints.
Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast.
Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, digital, analytics, etc.) and external partners (e.g., creative, media agencies, vendors, etc.) to develop campaigns and maximize impact.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging

Qualifications
* 7-10 years of experience in marketing, media planning, or agency experience
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
* Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels, including social, search, and other points of consumer connection.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
