We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator in the St. Louis metropolitan region who is eager to help shape the future of an industry-leading preconstruction department.

About the Role:

As a Senior Electrical Estimator , you’ll lead the estimating process for electrical scopes across all markets (heavy civil, industrial, commercial, renewables, water treatment) guiding preconstruction efforts and ensuring estimates are both competitive and high-quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead winning strategies for complex pursuits.
• Perform detailed estimates, take-offs, and pricing. Although this is a senior role, we are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the estimates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and designers.
• Mentor and develop staff while supporting department growth.
• Provide leadership in preconstruction for alternative delivery methods.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, plus 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, labor agreements, insurance, and bonding requirements.
• Ability to lead joint venture pursuits and preconstruction strategies.
