Tiello has partnerd with an established electrical contractor specializing in Commercial & Multi-Family construction who are dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical solutions and are seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to lead their estimating team and support their continued growth and company success.

Job Summary:

The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimating department, preparing accurate and competitive bids, and ensuring profitable project acquisition. This role requires extensive experience in electrical estimating, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and cost structures. Working knowledge of Accubid and on-screen take-off's as well as Design Build experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estimating team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
