Looking for a position that makes you smile? We're seeking a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. How you'll make us better: Performs keyword research and competitive analysis to support SEO strategy Completes regular SEO audits using technology and direct assessment for SEO best practices, ideation, and problem-solving Executes on-page optimizations and link building campaigns Implements changes in content management systems Manages day to day content production collaborating with content writers as needed Devises and executes methods to track, report, analyze, and improve SEO performance Develops new SEO strategies to support organic growth in local market Serves as the key SEO expert/advocate Maintains working knowledge with current trends in SEO, UI/UX, Google algorithm updates, etc. Your special skills: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a high-growth environment Ability to build rapport and effective relationships with team members and external vendors Ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to review and analyze data and create innovative solutions Prerequisites for success: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or similar field required Minimum of four (4) years of experience in SEO required Google and/or SEO Certifications preferred Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and experience with link building campaigns Intermediate experience developing content and building keyword strategies across multiple sites We saved the best for last.
