Koita Agency is a direct-sales organization with 20+ years of B2B/B2C execution. We combine paid training , warm & hot lead flow , and hands-on coaching to ramp performance quickly. With our Training Facility in Miami Lakes , main office in Doral , and new satellite in Hollywood (with Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach expansions), plus active growth in the Kansas City Metro , you’ll be set up for success and advancement.

Leadership track in Greater Orlando: recruit, coach, and lead by example while producing.

What You Get

• Paid training + leadership modules; hybrid schedule

Your Role

• Hire/onboard/coach reps; enforce activity & KPI rhythm

• Personal production: discovery → demo → close

• Forecast integrity; coordinate multi-site/custom installs

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience; leadership exposure a plus

• Communication strength; metrics discipline

• Driver’s license/car; U.S. work authorization

Compensation

• 1099 commission-only with paid training and bonus structures.
• Typical OTE $60,000–$90,000+.
