As a Sales Executive In House (Japanese-Speaking), you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.

\n \n Schedule Details: \nOur Sales Department operates 7 days per week, shift starts between 8:00am-8:30am. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
\n \n Additional Responsibilities Include: \nWelcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
\nMaintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
\nLiaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
\nAttend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
\nApply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
\nUse various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
\nPerform follow-up interactions to complete a sale online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
\nGenerate referral leads with each new customer.
\nPromote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.
\nWork well in a team environment.

What are we looking for?
\nHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth. At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\nValid Hawaii Real Estate license or the ability to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 45 days of employment.
\nMust be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
\nFluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) in English.
\nMinimum one year of proven sales experience.
\nAbility to resolve complex customer service issues.
\nProven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment.
\n6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
\nHigh School diploma or equivalent
\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\nCurrent Hawaii Real Estate license holder.
\n1 + years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
\nTwo years of proven track record negotiating and closing high end sales.
\nTwo years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience.
