WE ARE DEVELOPING A BENCH OF CANDIDATES FOR OUR CLIENT TO WORK AS 1099 CONSULTANTS ON PROJECTS IN 2025. WE ARE SCREENING, QUALIFYING AND SUBMITTING CANDIDATES TO OUR CLIENT. THEY WILL BE LETTING US KNOW AS OPPORTUNITIES BECOME AVAILABLE.

Role Description

• This is a contract role for project work with a large firm that we work with. As a Restructuring Finance Specialist, you will work with project teams at various clients.
• The Specialist will be responsible for financial planning , business planning, analyzing financial data and financial statements , and executing finance tasks such as month-end close and cashflow management in a restructuring environment .
• This role involves both on-site client work at various locations in the US and remote work when not on-site. Travel is required .

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Business Planning, and Finance skills in an in-court or out-of-court restructuring setting
• Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis abilities
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
