Our independent, multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a full-time clinic based Pulmonologist to join an established pulmonology department as a sole specialist
· Function as the organizations Respiratory Rehabilitation director
· Provide occasional support as a hospital & emergency department consultant
· Opportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities and over 102,000 patient catchment area
· Practice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic
Qualified candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and respiratory therapy staff.??
PATIENT CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES: Full spectrum of patient conditions including: asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders
REQUIRED PROCEDURES: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, Sleep Studies (preferred), & Pulmonary Function Tests
EMR SYSTEM:
· Transitioned to EPIC in November 2022
