Hourly Pay Rate: $21.58

A little about this position:

• Work At Home Vacation Specialists inform our guests about Mammoth Resorts, planning and booking their vacation needs primarily through inbound phone calls, emails and webchats.
• Specialists will identify the guests' needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide assistance with changes, cancellations, taking payments and any other service-based needs.
• A typical week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off.
• There are multiple starting dates for this position. The first two are August 25th or October 6th, with the first week of training conducted onsite in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The final start date is November 18th and will be trained remotely, there will be no requirement to travel for this start date.
• Bilingual applicants are eligible for additional compensation.

Work At Home candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Reside in California.
• Have a designated workspace that is separate, secure, and quiet.
• Have designated internet with a minimum speed of 400mpbs.
• Connect to the internet/modem via Ethernet
• Previous remote experience preferred.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time.
• Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment.
• Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency.
• Previous ski industry experience helpful
