Are you an experienced real estate administrative assistant or a newer real estate agent looking to grow your skills fast and learn this business the right way?

...Or are you an experienced Administrative/computer type person interested in getting involved in the Real Estate business by learning how to help people with their dream of home ownership?

Our unique specialized role lets you work with customers on your schedule and make money in real estate without having to go through the entire real estate process from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments to meet with new potential buyers and discuss the positive features vs the shortcomings of a variety of homes virtually! If desired, once licensed, you'll be showing properties on the market for sale to our buyer clients while professionally pointing out the various features and lifestyle benefits of home ownership!

Basic people skills, service, and ongoing communication with clients are key components of this position.

No marketing by you is required but if preferred, you can follow our system and learn the best high-level marketing secrets in North America!

Responsibilities

•Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
•Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
•Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
•Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
•Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
•Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

Qualifications

•Some availability in the evenings and weekends
Should live within 10 miles of Quincy office
•Communicates well, both verbally and written
•Must have high school diploma or GED
•Previous experience in the real estate industry
•Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
•Either already has or is working towards real estate license
