Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• NM Radiography Tech (RRT) or Temp NM Radiography Tech.
• Rad Tech-Radiography ARRT R.T.(R).
• BLS Certification required at the time of hire.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Must obtain ARRT certification within one year of employment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will:

• Maintain established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance.
• Perform radiographic examinations with precision.
• Regularly check equipment, supplies, and accessories, ensuring each radiography room is well-stocked.
• Develop and evaluate film for technical quality.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean.
• Transport patients to and from the radiographic room, preparing and maintaining the room as needed.
• Enhance your professional growth through educational programs and workshops.
• Attend required meetings.
