\n Job Description:
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced R&D Chemistry Lab Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) instrumentation and metals testing. If you are passionate about chemistry, interested in waste remediation, and excited about working in a research-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Prepare, operate, and maintain ICP instrumentation.\n\t
• Conduct metals testing and analyze samples as per established protocols.\n\t
• Document and report experimental data with accuracy and precision.\n\t
• Assist in the development and optimization of testing methods.\n\t
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the lab.\n\t
• Collaborate with team members to support research projects and objectives.\n

\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.\n\t
• Proven experience with ICP techniques and metals analysis.\n\t
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.\n\t
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\t
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.\n\t
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n

• Mon – Fri during First shift – can flex with start time\n\t
• Temp with possible conversion to direct hire within 6 months\n\t
