HashiCorp, Inc. seeks Product Manager II in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Define the product vision and strategy for HashiCorp Vault, aligned with the overall company objectives and market trends. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap effectively. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team. Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and use cases through direct interaction, market research, and feedback channels. Advocate for the voice of the customer in product decision-making processes and ensure that product initiatives align with customer requirements. Drive the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, establish milestones, and manage dependencies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials. Support marketing efforts through participation in events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to track the success of product initiatives. Iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Telecommuting and/or remote employment permitted. Salary: $206,000.00 to $236,900. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year of experience in the following skill(s): 1. Product Management; 2. Multi-cloud software management; 3. Cloud Computing; 4. Market research and analysis; 5. Data-Driven Decision Making; 6. Product Strategy Development; 7. Stakeholder Management; 8. Leading developers, designers, and marketing; 9.
