The Practice - A Dual Hospital System


Union Hospital Terre Haute - Terre Haute, Indiana

• A 316-bed facility.
• Level III Trauma Center.
• Union Hospital is Primary Stroke Certified and an Accredited Chest Pain center.

Union Hospital Clinton - Clinton, Indiana

• A not-for-profit, 25-bed, critical access hospital providing a full range of emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services to patients in Parke and Vermillion Counties.
• Chest Pain Accredited through the American Heart Association and Magnet designated.
• Honored with the Community Impact Award from the Indiana Department of Health and State Office of Rural Health in 2022.
• Services offered include cardiovascular services, emergency services, general surgery, nephrology, occupational therapy, orthopedics, pulmonary rehabilitation, and more.

Providers will be cross-credentialed at both sites.

• Terre Haute is located along the Wabash River, with easy access to swimming, fishing, jet-skiing, and more!
• Terre Haute is home to many higher education institutions including Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
• Less than an hour and a half from Indianapolis, which offers all types of metropolitan activities - dining, theatre, arts and more!
