Office hours are M-F 8:30-5:30
Position Summary: Intake new patients for the company in a manner that demonstrates swift turn-around and high quality work with regard to the rules and regulations set forth by the health insurance companies and organization standards. The ideal applicant is an experience user of the Brightree system within the last 2 years.
Responsibilities: Take patient inbound calls. Troubleshoot patient questions/concerns and provide timely follow-up. Verify patient's health insurance coverage for requested supplies. Maintain professional contact and follow-up with Physician offices/referral sources to obtain documentation needed for supply orders. Coordinate new patient processing with management.
