Job Title: Entry-Level Paralegal

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated entry-level Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their legal career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys by assisting with legal research, drafting documents, organizing files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, and filings
• Conduct legal and factual research using online databases and other resources
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files in compliance with internal procedures
• Manage calendars and deadlines related to casework, court dates, and legal filings
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other third parties as needed
• Prepare summaries of legal documents and case materials for attorney review
• Support the team with administrative duties as needed, including billing and file management

MUST HAVE:

• Paralegal Certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Demonstrated interest in the legal field, particularly in business and regulatory law, is a plus
