Summary

The Outside Sales Support position is a member of the Inside Sales Team. The responsibilities of this position include efficiently and accurately processing quotations, entering orders and partnering with the outside sales representative(s) to ensure all customers’ needs are met. Job duties include sourcing customer requested supplies, communicating customer requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Job Duties

· Be intimately familiar with the J&A Sales workflow process, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

· Actively Maintain a current & thorough well-organized system for accounts, orders and contacts.

· Accurately and promptly convey customer requirements to the Outside Sales Representative

· Provided clerical support to other departments as it relates to customers.

· Serve as customer contact for any issues including complaints, returns, or discrepancies.

· Being able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (Or prior work experiences)

· Previous Experience in Sales and ERP Sales Systems (i.e NetSuite, SAP, 10x)

· Go about your day with a sense of urgency

· Effective verbal and listening communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Pre-Employment physical is required

Work Conditions

· Ability to lift objects more than 15lbs

· Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required (e.g., Safety Boots) 

· Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). 

· Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period
