Required skills

• 8+ years of Handson Functional experience in implementation and support at least 2 full cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules
• 12+ Relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.
• Should be able to drive discussions with business across phases of the project, deep dive to perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions.
• Should be able to converse on Redwood Pages
• Knowledge on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula and Reports is added advantage
• Good to have Finance and EPM knowledge.
• Good knowledge of AIM documents like BP80, RD 20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100, etc.
• Involved in fit gap analysis and documented the Setup steps for Oracle HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.
• Translate desired business outcomes into functional design solutions.
• Research, prototype, and test new and /or enhanced functionality
• Perform Oracle HCM configuration for enhancement and change requests.
• Lead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and support the execution of change management and training plans.
• Develop and maintain solution design, testing results and relates documents for Oracle Cloud HCM
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
