Nursing Home Administrator
Location : Huntsville, AL
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000 (compensation is dependent on facility size)
Job Type : Full-time

Position Overview :
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrators to lead long-term care facilities, including rehab, & memory care. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for providing exceptional care and proven financial management skills. As the Administrator, you will oversee clinical services, resident care, staffing, and daily operations to ensure a high standard of care and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations, including resident care and staff management.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve operational goals.

• Manage facility budgets and financial resources effectively.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain high care standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
• Provide leadership in memory care practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in nursing home administration (Preferred).
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Financial acumen for effective budget management.
• Knowledge of memory care and long-term care regulations.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
