Is a Chicago-based nonprofit that removes barriers to employment by eliminating biases that disqualify candidates unnecessarily. Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in structured childcare setting (babysitting, daycare, nannying, etc.); successful applicants will need to provide 3 professional reference letters that can speak to this experience
  • Access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation is required
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Passionate about forming long-term relationships and providing stable care
  • Comfortable caring for kids from newborns to 13-year-olds
  • Dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in new environments
