ER/Hospitalist APP opening - Anahuac, TX Located 50m to Houston Position Details

• Full-time, Permanent
• The hospital is a licensed 14-bed acute care hospital, the two affiliated clinics are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and the group's wellness center is located adjacent to the hospital.
• The group has been providing the highest quality medical care in Chambers County for over 68 years. The hospital is Medicare Accredited with a three-year accreditation.
• The hometown hospital is family oriented with an emphasis on quality care.
Community Details: Anahuac, Texas is located between Houston and Beaumont just 6-miles south of I-10. Anahuac offers quiet country living with direct access to the larger cities (Houston and Beaumont) only 50 miles away. Access to the Gulf Coast, Trinity Bay, numerous rivers, and wildlife refuges that offer relaxation, hunting, fishing and great beaches within just a short drive. The town has an excellent public-school system. Anahuac is an ideal community! Anahuac offers numerous civic organizations, church affiliations and has enormous volunteer support from local businesses and citizens. The health network is directly involved in community events and are a real part of this community.

About the Group The Clinics are very active and continuously seeks new patients, promotes services, and accepts ideas and suggestions to continue our growth. We are a well-diversified clinic with a full array of services including CLIA Laboratory; 340B pharmacy programs, federally funded sliding scale programs, and we have a professional and courteous staff of approximately 30 support individuals. Other healthcare services are immediately available at the hospital, such as 24-hour radiology, 24-hour lab, therapy, and other services. The clinics currently have the following: 2-Family Practice physicians, and 4-physician assistants/nurse practitioners. If an offer was to be made, it would be contingent upon the following: 1. Contingent upon obtaining Medical Staff privileges and hospital board and health center board approval.2. Contingent upon APP being licensed by the State of Texas and Board Eligibility/Certification.3. Contingent upon establishing/maintaining a permanent, personal residence in Anahuac or immediate area.
