Immaculate Conception School in Watertown, South Dakota is seeking a Kindergarten - 6th grade Music Teacher. As a Music teacher, you will have the opportunity to share your love of Music and your faith with students during class and at weekly Mass.
Position could be Part-Time Monday, Wednesday and Friday or a Full Time hybrid position with the Ave Maria Pastorate depending on the right candidate.
A Music teacher should have an understanding of childhood development and a love for working with children. He/She will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. You will play a key role in creating a learning environment for music.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in children. The Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, assessing student progress, and communicating regularly with the Watertown Public School Districts regaarding 5th and 6th Grade Band and Orchestra.
