Job Description

Description We're looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to improve our search visibility, drive organic traffic, and support high-performing marketing campaigns. This role blends technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics to help us grow sustainably. - Develop and execute SEO strategies that support brand, content, and lead-generation goals - Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and intent mapping to guide content creation - Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headlines, internal linking, image alt text, schema, and content structure - Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile performance, redirects, etc.) - Support content teams with SEO recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and website updates - Collaborate with developers on site enhancements and ensure SEO best practices are implemented - Monitor rankings, traffic, backlinks, and SERP performance using key SEO tools - Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile updates and local listings - Create SEO reports highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities - Stay current on algorithm updates, search trends, and new SEO tools Requirements - 2-5+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house) - Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog - Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how website structure impacts SEO - Strong communication skills and the ability to partner closely with marketing, content, and developer teams - Solid understanding of how SEO supports broader marketing campaigns Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
