• Member Service Representative (Evening/Overnight)- Sunday- Friday Schedule*
• Location: Dallas, TX* (Remote with potential onsite training days)

• Job Overview:*

TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in Dallas, TX. This remote position requires candidates to reside in the Dallas area for potential onsite training days. *Key Responsibilities:*

• Respond to member inquiries and requests in a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center.
• Provide detailed information about company products and services, ensuring excellent member experience and customer service.
• Conduct transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
• Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.
• Manage a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

*Qualifications*

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and data entry/typing skills.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.

*Schedule* Ø Full-time, 40 hours per week. Ø Shifts range between 3:00 PM and 6:30 AM, Sunday- Friday Ø One rotating day off during the week and one weekend day off. Ø Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility.
